The proposed changes are sustainable for the community and when executed will translate into collective benefits, so I support the 4 solutions proposed in this publication, as I am confident that they will help to solve the problems that are being presented.  

I like the idea of automating curation,  
 the strategy of implementing a curation bot that emits votes after the manual check is very successful, because this method guarantees that the academic rigor is maintained and that the user does not publish just anything.

The strategy of directing the voting power to the percentage of beneficiary, is the most sensible and healthy for everyone, as I have observed that the lower percentage of beneficiary has a correlation with lower user activity within the community, so I believe that this methodology should impact on greater engagement and interaction.

Creating @ph-emergencyfund is an action that reiterates the commitment of PH with all its members, undoubtedly the friend @josevas217 is the right person to manage, organize and support users who in the face of some health contingency require some financial assistance.
