Well thought out with sound conclusions. Also love the medical allocation. If anything practical comes to mind, Ill return here. A good idea that came to mind while reading was - automating a replies/posting chart. This may be impracticable unless a developer is available to create such an app specific to Project Hope. Once an account for posts is automated, I believe it would be relatively easy to gauge organic community support. I myself don't always have the time from month to month, but do make an effort to respond both to members I'm familiar with, those who reply to me, as well as explore the community.
