Greetings my dear, no doubt you have delimited 4 problematic situations that have been arising in PH of which I applaud the solutions that you have expressed for each one of them. 
The creation @ph-emergencyfund, is extraordinary and there is evidence of the ability and desire to collaborate that you have for each of us who are part of the PH team, I am sure that @josevas217 will do an excellent job as it has earned the trust and support of each of us.
