Hello @coach.piotr, II believe that the solutions proposed for the 4 cases developed here are really fair, due to the fact that the support remuneration is proportional to the participation of the community members, that is more than clear. About creating a reward fund with the help and active participation of Dr. @josevas217 is an excellent initiative. I support all of these approaches.
