Thank you @sallybeth23!  The answer is yes... we will be!  My partner is the one doing the research and learning and setting things up while I'm the breadwinner with my healing work.  As of today we have running water in the house and we have water management in place and we will be setting up composting and mulching... and probably feeling like the city slickers that we are, for quite a while longer!
