Great work on taking such good care of your olive tree and I know how you must have been feeling. I am sure it will turn into the happiest and most productive of all to show itβs appreciation too. The issue of never enough water here in Spain makes us creative too - are you recycling all your grey water to the garden and using deep mulch techniques around your plants to conserve and draw water from the atmosphere? Thank you @sallybeth23! The answer is yes... we will be! My partner is the one doing the research and learning and setting things up while I'm the breadwinner with my healing work. As of today we have running water in the house and we have water management in place and we will be setting up composting and mulching... and probably feeling like the city slickers that we are, for quite a while longer!
