After four years of travelling the world working with a non-profit organization advocating for children's education in extremely impoverished conditions, I have come to realize that everyone is trying to make the world better, as defined by what they believe is true. We're all human beings living on this planet, trying to find the best route to take, with no real road map.  Creating Utopia is here to explore the ideas that will help create a better world. We have been waiting for action and change for a long time now, and I've created a podcast and (tried to) create an online community designed to allow us to come together and create a society where we all have the ability to contribute in a positive way. I advocate for a Universal Basic Income digital currency hybrid, "Social Currency" which I wrote about in a book published on Amazon a few years ago, which is very much aligned with the values and ideas espoused here on Steemit. We need to start rewarding individuals for their positive contributions in the digital space, as well as the ideas that others find valuable, which could help make our lives, or the world, a little better. I look forward to commenting and sharing content, I hope there is room to share some of my podcasts, and I hope to interact and engage with as many open-minded, knowledge seeking individuals as possible. This certainly seems like the place for that to happen. Thank you all for welcoming me into this community.
