<div class ="text-justify"> Not long ago I had the pleasure of sharing with chef Hecto Romero, director of the Culinary Institute of Carcas and chef Pedro Castillo, an icon of the gastronomy of the eastern Venezuelan region, so little to Little I'm fulfilling my dreams to achieve two key objectives, the first work for Beto Puerta, Venezuelan chef who work in the best restaurant in the world the "Bulli" and chef of the Santo Bokado restaurant and work for the chef Virgilio Martinez, chef of the Central restaurant located in Lima Peru and it is considered as the best restaurant in Latin America and in particular I admire its way of interpreting Peruvian food, an objective that I would like to achieve with Venezuelan food. </div>
