#### I agree with you but smart thing is to lock in a 10 year assumable morgage for next to nothing on your home taking out ALL the equity So when the realestate market crashes and it will YOU won't lose all the value, still have your home and have very low payments.  
#### But if your on the West Coast I would sell and get away from the Coast and the Cascade Mountains....
