Shift Happens

Gary Craig, creator of EFT (aka tapping) said, "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system". When we as individuals experience something, which to us is unexpected, dramatic, we feel isolated & have no strategy to deal with it, it creates this disruption in our body. We may experience this initially as an emotion such as sadness, fear, anger, loss, resentment, jealousy etc.

All emotions serve a purpose however...therefore, they're not positive or negative in that sense. It's when we hold an emotion in & don't let it go, that it can become a challenge in life e.g. career struggles, intimate relationship issues, performance issues, physical illness & dis-ease.

EFT is a gentle technique, which can be applied on/to anything. Like acupuncture, this technique works to balance & harmonise. The difference is, EFT doesn't use needles (it taps on meridian points) & it works with the body & mind to support the balance. It's gentle & anyone, aged 4 to 104 can use it 🙌🏻

Research now backs up the suggestion that whatever part of your life is out of alignment, there will be an unresolved emotional hurdle blocking the path to balance & success. Therefore, the more specific & targeted you are in applying EFT to your issue, the more powerful & sustained the outcomes will be.
