Being And Doing ... (for realsies this time)

My first ever attempt at a DTube video failed miserably... as apparently DTube don't do live streaming even though the option is there on their website.

Anyhoo.... ended up recording this short stream of consciousness talking about the Taoist alchemical approach to healing and medicine, looking into the polarity of **being** and **doing** as applications of *yīnyàng* theory in the human body.

This was inspired by the DTubeFamily777 initiative by @nathanmars, and part of the #naturalmedicine community's involvement with that.

A byproduct of the interplay between Yin and Yang? Kind of like an alchemical battery? I'm just throwing stuff out here on my way to work LOL such a great video Petah. It was very nice to see your face and expressions! I also appreciate that you touched a little on the lymphatics. Yes it is weird territory because the lymphatics aren't super well understood but I have a feeling that there is a push and pull between the circulatory and the lymphatics, maybe similar to the way the moon and the earth work together is kind of the image that's coming to mind.
I wish I had some science to back that up but as you know I usually work through intuitive processes so that's just kind of what I'm feeling if you will.
I've been wondering lately why my body and mind are not so into yoga at the moment. I think I'm going to give Tai Chi a try again see what happens. I stopped practicing because of well if you different reasons that maybe I can share at some point but the more I hear about Chi and such the more I wonder whether I should bust my swords out again. :-) thanks for sharing, I love the video I put a huge smile on my face and I was just talking along with you for part of it LOL have a great day :-)

I was lying in bed wondering how I could possibly get the energy to get up and move... magic and alchemy of course! I love it when I can perceive chi flow ... that's true awareness of body! amazing info! I've been doing hands on healing since i was a teenager, also qualified in reflexology, swedish massage and indian head massage, the 3 teachers for each of those qualifications taught us different explanations of chi, and when I was involved in the spiritualist movement same again, lots of people spouting innacurate definitions, none of which satisfied me. It was like i know you're wrong, but i dont know the right answer either so it was a bit of a crux which lead to much frustration. What you're talking about fits well with some of my own intuition and understanding and just filled in so many gaps for me. Im a fussy student, so bravo!!! Looking forward to reading more when you blog about it.
