It was very nice to see your face and expressions! I also appreciate that you touched a little on the lymphatics. Yes it is weird territory because the lymphatics aren't super well understood but I have a feeling that there is a push and pull between the circulatory and the lymphatics, maybe similar to the way the moon and the earth work together is kind of the image that's coming to mind.
I wish I had some science to back that up but as you know I usually work through intuitive processes so that's just kind of what I'm feeling if you will.
I've been wondering lately why my body and mind are not so into yoga at the moment. I think I'm going to give Tai Chi a try again see what happens. I stopped practicing because of well if you different reasons that maybe I can share at some point but the more I hear about Chi and such the more I wonder whether I should bust my swords out again. :-) thanks for sharing, I love the video I put a huge smile on my face and I was just talking along with you for part of it LOL have a great day :-)
