A Day At The Butterfly House -(First Palnet Post)

This is my first post through <a href="http://www.palnet.io/"> www.palnet.io</a>!

Today, I'll be sharing some pictures that I captured at The Butterfly House in Chesterfield, MO about 30 min outside of St. Louis.

With our membership to The Missouri Botanical Gardens we get free entrance to <a href="http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/mbhhome.aspx">The Butterfly House </a>

The Butterfly House is a not-for-profit organization that established in 1995 with the goal to increase awareness of the benefits of butterflies.

The Butterfly House opened to the public on September 18, 1998 and continues to provide educational opportunities.

In July, 2001, the Butterfly House became a division under the Missouri Botanical Garden.

The 8,000 square foot Conservatory Garden is made of 646 pieces of glass, each one 4' X 6' and weighing approximately 200 lbs.
