A regular sleep for me since I was diagnosed to be a diabetic has change my life. At night, I am still up until around 11 to 12 midnight or later if i watch movies.. I usually get up at around 9 to 10 in the morning. Then after a few hours like 1pm. My eyes really closed even if i fought for it not to sleep. No matter what I am doing or what position I am in.. I really fall asleep. Then I wake up 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Some days even 5 pm, i still feel sleepy after waking up from a 3-4 hours sleep. Having kids and trying to keep the house moving along is definitely the most difficult and under appreciated job! In our house we have two freelance musicians and that sort of work is split between us... But it is still tiring!
