Sadly i am the exact opposite of the deep sleeper. Even if i hear the slightest sound i woke up. There are some generic sound that i am accustomed but if i hear a "new sound" or a sound that i rarely hear then i'll wake up like i am under attack.

The only good thing is that i often see dreams. Not always but often, let's say an average of 4 times per week. 99,9% of these times it's a good dream, i mostly never have nightmares
