I thought you said it would be an easier question, lol Normally I need to have at least 8 hours of sleep a night. If I don't I'm like a wreck by the end of the week. Sleeping during the day is not an option; when I wake up again, I'm even more tired then before. Ehm... ow I need to find the right words to describe the current situation.... 'Due to circumstances' (that will have to do as an explanation, lol), I sleep a lot less lately. Stay up late, get up early, or not so early. I have the benefit that I don't have kids, nor a job, so actually I do as I please.

Cryptic! Anyway, if you sleep in the day, I find that limiting myself to 20 minutes is best... If I go longer, I am worse off than before.
