<div class="text-justify">Aunque, conocemos el termino PETO como pieza de acero que forma parte de una armadura de aquellos caballeros que describe el escritor Cervantes en su famoso libro titulado Don Quijote. En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir el termino como una alimento superdelicioso, que pude degustar en los primeros días del año 2109.</div>

<div class="text-justify">"EL PETO", es una bebida caliente que encontramos en nuestra hermana república de Colombia, y esta compuesta, básicamente, por maíz blanco cocido, leche, azúcar y canela. Su consumo es muy popular en Colombia, como lo es en Venezuela "LA CHICHA". Por estar compuesto de maíz, el PETO, consumiéndolo a diario, es una fuente importantisima de carbohidratos , minerales y antioxidantes. Ademas, posee un un alto contenido de fibra que ayuda a combatir el estreñimiento.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Su forma de prepararla es muy sencilla, según me indico Santa, mi amiga colombiana, quien me sorprendió con esta suculenta y  tradicional bebida , que, en próximas entregas  compartiré con todos mis hermanos hispanos.
