Calabaza frita Riquísimas!
<h3><center>Otra receta muy simple basada en calabaza y tocino para cambiar de la clásica sopa, puré o gratinado.</center></h3>

<h3>1/2 calabaza</h3>
</li>
 <li>
<h3>100 gramos de tocino ahumado en rodajas</h3>
</li>
 <li>
<h3>1 cebolla pequeña</h3>
</li>
 <li>
<h3>virutas de parmesano</h3>
</li>
 <li>
<h3>sal, pimienta, 4 especias</h3>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Incluso si es posible no pelar la calabaza, prefiero hacerlo a menos que tenga dificultades con la producción de su proveedor.</h3>
<center>Luego córtalo en 3 y picalo.</center></h3>

<center>Cortar el tocino en trozos.</center></h3>
<center>pelar la cebolla, cortarla en cuatro y picarla.</center></h3>

<center>Luego, en una sartén caliente, dore el tocino y las cebollas con aceite de oliva.</center></h3>
<center>Todavía a fuego alto, agregue las calabazas cortadas. Sazone con sal y pimienta y agregue un poco de 4 especias (con moderación). Luego baje el fuego y cocine por diez minutos.</center></h3>

<center>Verifique la cocción, las calabazas deben permanecer crujientes.</center></h3>
<center>Solo queda "vestir" el plato, puedes terminar el plato con unas virutas de queso parmesano y algunos toques de perejil rizado.</center></h3>
