<div class="text-justify"> Si tu trabajo es mayormente realizado con las manos, por ejemplo oficinistas, blogueros, transcriptores, hackers y hasta amas de casa, estas vulnerable a sufrir del <div class ="phishy">SINDROME DEL TUNEL CARPIANO</div> .

¿Túnel que?

En la muñeca existe un tipo de túnel que está formado por 8 huesecillos y un ligamento. el ligamento presiona un nervio y esto hace que se se produzca dolor y adormecimiento de los dedos pulgar, indice y medio. 

Esto puede producirse frecuentemente en mujeres ya que el esfuerzo al apretar las manos son mayores  que la de un hombre.

Este síndrome en la mayoría de los casos es de operación para que sea una solución efectiva, sin embargo existen buenas prácticas que ayudan a prevenir este padecimiento.

Se debe evitar cargar bolsas de mas de 3 kilos, abrir frascos con la mano, exprimir paños o coletos, evitar mouse que no abarquen toda la mano y evitar usar la laptop sin mouse.

Como nuestro oficio es nuestro sustento, con estás buenas practicas podemos evitar un futuro sufrimiento .</div>

**BUENAS PRÁCTICAS**

* Dentro de las horas laborales , flexionar las muñecas cada 2 horas.

* Extender el codo con las palmas hacía arriba y doblar la muñeca hacía abajo con ayuda de la otra mano.

* Hacer movimientos circulares con las muñeca.

* Al final del dia meter las manos en agua fría para liberar la tensión de las mismas.

Interesante aporte. Osaré a decir que por los tiempos que se avecinan y los que vivimos actualmente, gran parte de la población mundial se verá afectada por este síndrome. E incluso, más osado aun, dicho síndrome podría generar un cambio en nuestras muñecas, el cual, se iría gestando de generación en generación como cualquier proceso evolutivo.

Pensar en eso me hace desconocer a la humanidad en un futuro. Sería genial llegar a ver en que nos convertiremos. Saludos.

Excelente conocer mas de estas patologías que nos afecta y dejamos pasar a la ligera sin tomar medidas de prevención. Yo confieso que utilizo mucho el circulo (bolita) de mouse por un sistema estoy tan concentrada en la actividad que puedo pasar mas de 4 horas  en la noche no soporte el codo y el brazo me lo quiero quitar en ese momento. Tengo que mejorar esta mala costumbre para minimizar los riegos a futuros. ¡Un gran abrazo!
