Siemens pone en marcha su Red de Fabricación Aditiva

Siemens Digital Industries Software ha lanzado su nueva Red de Fabricación Aditiva (impresión 3D), tras la realización de diversos proyectos pilotos con clientes y partners, entre ellos Decathlon o HP.

Esta es una solución basada en la nube, que fomenta la colaboración y coordinación de procesos entre ingenieros y proveedores, que conecta la demanda de piezas con una red de proveedores y permite la fabricación distribuida a escala mundial.

Los primeros usuarios ya están sacando el máximo provecho Decathlon, por ejemplo, la utiliza para gestionar su proceso de fabricación aditiva para escalar el uso de la impresión 3D a nivel mundial. 

“Siemens y HP comparten un objetivo conjunto para ayudar a acelerar el viaje de los clientes hacia la fabricación digital”, según ha asegurado uno de los directores de HP.

Indudablemente la fabricación aditiva o impresión 3D dará mucho qué hablar en esta década.

Esto va a romper todos los esquemas de fabricación, te enviarán los planos por internet de la cosa a imprimir y lo harás en tu casa o en un taller local.
Se acaban las grandes compañías manufactureras, al menos tal como las conocemos.
