I agree with you, I'd rather have a guy that can throw the deep ball than scramble honestly. But having both makes you almost unstoppable to defend. But if last week is any indication which is better, we're correct, Goff stays in the pocket mostly but did have at least one big scramble for a first down. Also, we should consider that running around like Lamar Jackson isn't going to suit your program well for longterm success, they normally get injured and the Mike Vicks of the world never got a ring.
