There is a very relevant gap in the price of STEEM across exchanges, a thing that used to happed a lot before the 2017 bull-run, but not so much during the bear market.

Specifically, we're talking about a 20% increase in price in Bithumb, a Korean exchange accounting for just little over the half of the entire STEEM trading volume. 

On Coinmarketcap Bithumb is listed as having 53% of the volume, but because of the price difference is excluded from the price calculation:

The premium is 23%.

On Coingecko, the exchange is credited with 50% of the entire volume, and its price is taken into account in calculating the main average:

The premium here is 17%.

Making an average between the two price feeds, Coinmarketcap and Coingecko, we end up with a whooping 20% difference in price, on half of the trading volume.

This obviously opens the door to a huge arbitrage opportunity, namely buying on any other exchange and selling on Bithumb.
