I see your point but I disagree. As you said, a community is basically an account with a few special features. I want a low barrier to entry. I want 10000 failures. That is how we will find the gold. A low barrier to entry is what leads to mass adoption. It allows for innovation from parties who couldn't afford to get involved otherwise. It worked with web 1.0 and 2.0. I do think it should be doubled though, with 50% going to the dao.
