I enjoyed the feel of your writing of how you work with words. It’s very fluid and it seems you can just dance in between the words every which way you wish. But I got confused with so many characters and shifting point of view. At first, it was definitely Red’s point of view and then it somehow dissolved into, I think, the omnipotence. Also with so many characters talking at the same time, it’s hard to maintain an “astral” connection with any of the characters. It becomes like a jambalaya of words, even though put together very snug, but losing definition in the plane of character development. I guess this is a tough part of writing a novel and also probably writing it very fast.

Thanks for your feedback, it's always appreciated :) I have to admit, there are a lot of strong characters in this scene and it's difficult to split the work down into manageable chunks to share on Steemit. When the book was published in 2010 I was a very new writer and I would probably slow down the pace if I were to re-write it now. I think it works better in the full novel because there's a big scene to read through rather than this small sample to try to get to grips with all the characters in one go. Believe me, it's worth it :)
