Scientists from the National Human Genome Research Institute developed a face scanning method that can diagnose whether there is an anomalous genetic condition in the patient.</p> <p>This condition is commonly known as DiGeorge Syndrome. This rare disease is caused by the absence of a number of chromosomes in the body. As a result, patients suffering from this disease have the potential to experience complications of acute illness.</p> <p>Presented genetic expert National Human Genome Research, Paul Kruszka, this disease can be experienced by all people of all ages.</p> <hr></hr> <p><center><img src="https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/t_original/vvuar2zaqrqsyd7xallr.png" width="2048" height="1153"/></center></p> <p><blockquote>"In general, DiGeorge is only experienced by non-Causes descendants, but it is often also experienced by African, Asian and Latin American descent," explains Kruszka.</blockquote></p> <p>This face scanning technology is claimed to be 96 percent accurate in diagnosing the patient's condition. In fact, it can also detect Down Syndrome.</p> <p>This is not the first time the technology can be used to detect the disease.
