This is the repo link like you say, but the latest release version is hosted and available for download here: https://github.com/Doreamonsky/PanzerWar/releases Note, i added releases after the last slash on the address. You should do this on every repo to check for its latest release as its not every time a PO would want to post their works on fdroid or playstore.
