## <div class = "text-justify"> Hello community, I hope you are well, with a lot of health and energy to fulfill your dreams and goals in 2021. Today I decided to join this interesting challenge where I will show my proposal to present Steemit, Thanks to the creators of this challenge. </div>

<div class = "text-justify"> I have been using the platform for a short time, I am not an expert, of course I have researched it a lot because my goal is to know this wide world to learn, contribute, and although I do not have all the knowledge I can give Get to know Steemit and its advantages to many people, so that we continue to grow.

I remember the day when my sister introduced me to Steemit, she told me to register because on that page I could create content by writing, taking pictures because I like those facets and I could earn some money doing what I like, it made me curious and between.

At first I had no idea of the world I got into and I focused on learning everything about the page to publish content, but, I have not presented the page to external people yet, I only commented to my mother and daughter and I am encouraging them so that they sign up, they will soon be signing up when they have a PC, and so they start creating content and since they also like to write and take photos soon they will be here.

I have always thought that for a person to stay active in something and put all their energy into it, they must like what they do and if they get a financial benefit from what they like they will stay, so my focus is on telling the person who meets the profile (who likes to write, take pictures and create content about something that they are passionate about) and thus they will remain active.

Initially I will present the Steemit page to my family, who meets the requirements. Another thing that I must take into account is that the person has a computer and internet, since, although it seems incredible in Venezuela to have these tools today is a luxury, not everyone has internet or a PC.

As a first point we must be clear about who may be future candidates, of course, we will not know if they are suitable or not, it is to choose people who can contribute to the platform, if we know that they are a very busy person, they may not have the time to dedicate to the same.

** Who we are: ** The first thing we must do to present Steemit is to publicize the platform, as a starting point I can give you a basic review of all the ways to use it, and what are some functions within it, We can show you some simple posts so that you can see what the post structure is like, show you the existing communities and ask which one you would focus on the most? according to your abilities. ## Proposal to present Steemit
From my point of view, to include people in this platform we must follow a series of steps, so that our proposal is successful.

** Show platform **
- Make a simple presentation and show basically how it works. Take a walk through various posts, communities, so you have an idea more or less of what it is about.

- Explain that only original content is published, since they do not allow copying or plagiarism in any way.

- If the person is determined to try it, the next step is to guide them to register on the platform, show them each of the steps, and the most important thing is to highlight that they must save their generated keys as a treasure.

- Introduce him to Steemit Nursery to complete Achievement 1 in the Newcomer Achievement Program, indicating the steps to follow and everything he must do to publish on Steemit. Also to express to him that before any doubt there are the representatives of the countries that are quite friendly and cordial, they are always aware of the newcomers and their beginnings, thank you all.

- Explain that a good starting point is also to join The Diary Game, show them various publications so that they have an idea of what more or less should be done, and of course always remind them that their content must be original, creative and attractive, which contributes to community.

- Profit: we are all more interested when doing what we are passionate about we get a contribution. The point is not to comment that they are going to earn a lot of money at once, but that with dedication, time and perseverance they can achieve it.
