国産和牛の絶品焼肉

YAサポーター仲良し６人で焼肉に行ってきました。
今回は少し贅沢に地域会場のYAのスポンサーになってくれた、 Dining 煌 さんに初めて行ってきました。

黒と赤を基調とした、シックな店内で落ち着いた雰囲気です。埼玉西武ライオンズのオフィシャルスポンサーさんになっているので、サインやユニホームなど飾られていました。地元かな？力士も出たみたいで、紹介していましたよ。

上質なお肉と飲み物メニューも充実しています。
みんなでメニューを決めていると、友達の一人が急に立ち上がってスーツ姿の男性に挨拶していました。なんと球団社長でした!!彼女の旦那様が球団関係者なのです。友達もまさかここで会うとは思っていなかったようで、酔っ払ってなくてよかった～と言ってましたww

すべて写真が撮れませんでしたが、チョレギサラダに牛タン、カルビ、ハラミ、ロースにホルモンと美味しいお肉ばかり。特に牛タンは冷凍にしていない生のものだったので、とろけるような肉質でした。
タレももちろんありましたが、この燻製をかけると一味違う味わいになりとても美味しかったです。

締めにはちょどいいサイズの冷麺と、デザートのシャーベットがでました。
店員さんの対応もよく、途中からオーナーさん（お若い方でした）も顔を出してくれて、一緒におしゃべりし楽しい食事会となりました。
