Chakra cleaning sounds

This sound is for cleaning and activating the whole body chakra.

1. Root chakra: 128 hz 10 min
2. Crown chakra: 486hz 5min
3. Third eye chakra: 432 hz 5 min
4. Throat chakra: 384hz 5min
5. Heart chakra: 341hz 5min
6. Solar plexus chakra: 324hz 5min
7. Sacral chakra: 288 hz 10 min

The reason for this list
The body of the soul vessel needs to be cleaned first.

It's an image that a large tree spreads the root firmly to the earth.
Because there is a root of original(physical body), we can act as a human being.

Then, it's an image that passes the circuit of space consciousness in order from Crown chakra.

There is the word "Fu ni ochiru" in Japanese.
"Fu" means Internal organs.
It has the meaning of bringing inspiration down to Sacral chakra.
In English, it's close meaning to "fully understand".

Even if we understand with our thinking, we can't move to action unless we are deeply convinced.

And Sacral chakra is where the uterus is. Men have testis.
That means productivity.

Ancient Japanese knew that Sacral chakra (action) was important to realistically express what he understood with his head and emotion.

Sacral chakra also has a intestine.
The intestine is said to be the "second brain".
Sacral chakra judges what can be digested (acceptable concept) for me, what can not.
