My Health Status| Sun Nov 18 2018

Good morning to all my amazing Steemit buddies who love to eat good food just like me. Happy Sunday all. I wish us all an amazing time in our different corners of the world this morning. I embarked on a pretty long road trip this morning and had to eat something light to keep me through the trip. I usually don't take breakfast so early but I get car-sick and nauseous if I journey on an empty stomach. I'm still on a light diet and so I try to keep my carb intake as low as possible.

I had stir fry veggies; green peas, green beans, green pepper, carrot, onions, cabbage, sweet corn fried in olive oil and eaten with a small portion of whole grain wheat pasta as early as 5.15am this morning. It was a very delicious and filling meal and got me feeling very optimistic about the day. I have not felt a little bit nauseous since we took off, been feeling really great! Have an amazing day guys.
