### How did I pick my "candidates"?
I read a lot of recent introduction-posts and picked the ones where I got the feeling that they are motivated to bring quality content to the community. Hopefully, this will bring some extra motivation 😇.

Harry Preciados aka @thecolaguy (I love this steemit-name btw 😄) just arrived in the steemit community and caught my attention mainly because he wrote his introduction post [This is My Life - A music lover and a loving father](https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@thecolaguy/this-is-my-life-a-music-lover-and-a-loving-father) in a very honest way. Reading it gave me the idea that @thecolaguy is full of positive energy.
##### He described his motivation on this platform:
>Actually I am here now in steemit because of @ruelx. He introduced me in this platform and I got interested. So, now I am here. I really like how this platform works. Unlike other social media where you are not rewarded for your work, steemit inspires you to do your best as a creative, authentic and idealistic individual.
