ข้าวผัดพะแนงผัก

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆสมาชิกทุกๆท่าน วันนี้เข้าครัวมาทำเมนูง่ายๆกันอีกนะคะ เมนูที่ว่านั้นก็คือเมนู ข้าวผัดเครื่องแกง พะแนงพัก
พูดถึงแกง ในร้านอาหารของอ้อมก็จะเป็นจะตายที่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติทานได้ค่ะซึ่งมีรสชาติจะไม่เน้นไปทางรสชาติที่เผ็ดหรือว่ารสชาติจัดจ้านเกินไป มีหลาย เมนูให้เลือก มัสมั่น ต้มข่า เขียวหวานพะแนง ต้มยำ แกงกะทิ เมนูส่วนมากก็จะใช้กะทิเป็นส่วนใหญ่ค่ะ
อ้อมก็เลยคิดขึ้นมาว่าจะเพิ่มยอดขายอย่างไรดีนะที่จะไม่ต้องจำเจโดยที่วัตถุดิบในร้าน มีอยู่แล้วเอามาตัดแปลง ก็เลย ได้ไอเดียเมนูนี้ ข้าวผัดพะแนง รสชาติจะไม่เผ็ดจนเกินไปค่ะ ส่วนมากที่ร้านก็จะขายเป็นเมนูผัก ลูกค้าจะเลือกแบบใส่ ไปก็ได้ค่ะกุ้งหอยปูปลาจัดใส่ไปได้หมดค่ะแล้วแต่ลูกค้าชอบ
พร้อมกันหรือยังครับไปดูวัตถุดิบกันค่ะตามไม่กลัวมาเลย

เครื่องแกงพะแนงสําเร็จรูป 2 ช้อนชา ผักสำหรับใส่ข้าวผัดพะแนงก็จะมีแครอท ฟักทองบล็อกโคลี่ คะน้ากวางตุ้ง หอมใหญ่ใบมะกรูดหั่นฝอย ขาดไม่ได้ก็จะเป็นโหระพาค่ะ ไข่ 1 ฟอง ทันทุกอย่าง เป็นชิ้นเล็กๆพอคำค่ะเมนูนี้สำหรับ 1 จานนะคะ

### วิธีทำ

ตั้งบนเตาเปิดไฟใช้ไฟปานกลางนะคะมีในเมนูนี้จากนั้นก็ใส่น้ำมันลงไปน้ำมันใช้ประมาณ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะก็พอค่ะถ้าใช้กระทะเทฟล่อน กระเทียมสับละเอียดใส่ลงไปเจียวพอเหลืองแล้วใส่เครื่องแกงพะแนงลงไปผัดให้ทั่วกระทะ และหรี้ไฟลงให้อ่อนๆนะคะ เดี๋ยวเครื่องเกรงจะไม่......

ขั้นตอนต่อไปใส่ผักที่เปรียมไว้ผัดลงไปค่ะ จังหวะใส่ผักลงไปเร่งไฟใช้ไฟปานกลางนะคะเพิ่มความร้อนอีกนิดนึงค่ะ

เมื่อผักสุก แล้วนำไข่ไก่ตอกใส่ลงไปเลยค่ะทิ้งไว้สัก 2 - 3 วินาทีรอให้ไข่สุกจากนั้นก็ใช้ทัพพีคนให้เข้ากัน ปรุงรสชาติด้วย ซอสแม็กกี้
ผงคนอร์ น้ำตาลทราย น้ำปลา แล้วชิมรสชาติตามชอบค่ะ

จากนั้นมันเร่งไฟ ให้เรขาใส่ข้าวกล่องลงไปผัดให้เข้ากันเป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย ตบท้ายด้วยใบมะกรูดและใบโหระพา ต้นหอมผักชี เพิ่มความหอมกรุ่นให้แก่ข้าวผัดพะแนงจานนี้
