Bitdefender is one of the security firm who offer the one of the first a safety router, it name Bitdefender's Box (2nd Generation). It featured with a virus scanner is installed on the device, it continuously scans the home network for malware and security loopholes and as well as continuously scans the home network for malware.

Thus, by scanning continuously it could prevent sensitive information from leaving your devices and prevent brute-force attack too on password too. However, the cons probably would slow down the network performance due to continuous scanning throughout entire network.

Besides this, it cannot setup via PC or MAC, only via mobile phone Android or iPhone.

For completely protection, a local scanner must also be installed and it needs to be connected to all devices. The router costs $249, which includes the charger for the first-year subscription and an unlimited number of device licenses, for annual subscription cost $99.

Hey, @tartarus thanks for your amazing hunt, I completely agree with you about that it slows down the internet, but other than that it really is a great hunt! Upvoted and resteemed!

**My review**

**Pros:**

- A wifi virus scanner which always scans complete network for malware and security problems, how cool is that 


**Cons:**

- Expensive price, depending on how many devices you use this can get cheap
- Network will be slowed down, since it is 24/7 in the internet too
