Allow Yourself Time to Daydream Regularly
The easiest way to allow yourself time to daydream is to set aside a block of time each day to do it. This can be in the morning before you get out of bed, before you go to work, or any other time that's just right. You don't have to do it all at one time. Just set aside time to daydream each day. It doesn't even have to be very long. But just setting aside a small block of time each day will help you get a better handle on how you want your life to be.

Think about what you want to accomplish in your life. Think about where you want to be, what you want to accomplish, and what you want to have in life. When you're able to focus on all of these things, it's much easier to allow yourself time to daydream.

To daydream, you need to think about the outcome. If you want to lose weight, then you might want to imagine yourself at a slimmer version of your current size. If you want to have more friends, then you might picture yourself at a party with your best friends. If you want to be financially stable, then you might think about saving money for a down payment on a home, or saving up for a retirement. Sometimes you'll also want to use your imagination to force yourself to look at positive outcomes. For example, if you want to grow your garden, then you might picture yourself walking through your garden one day with a beautiful flower in your hand. Instead, think about the flowers in your garden and the sunshine that shine upon them. See yourself watering them and using them to beautify your house. This exercise will allow you to visualize what you want to do and then allow yourself time to follow through with it.

If you want to get your goals through, then you should allow yourself some time to think about them. For example, if you want to get your girlfriend back, you should think about how you got her to begin with. Then think about what you can do to bring her back. If you think about the act of getting her back, then you are less likely to act impulsively. If you think about the process, then you are less likely to procrastinate.

You can also use your imagination to force yourself to see past your current goals. For example, if you want to move up in management, you should envision yourself as a successful boss who is known for his or her success. Use your imagination and your subconscious to create a vivid picture of yourself, and you will find that it is easier to succeed in your goals.
