Here as in Steemit? I see no difference from the "business" definition, it's just the business ownership is extended more towards the actual creators of the value, as opposed to Facebook and Instagram where a big portion of the profit flowing into each company's account. That, and lack of censorship. But make no mistake, Steemit is also an attention-based business. 

Thank God it is a business, because that's how you and me can make money out of it :)

Haha, I missed this on Steemit because of the NSFW tag- I saw it on busy. I'm not one for swearing (except for on days that end in Y) but I like this project. I may have to go investigate it a bit more.
