Buñuelos de plátano.
Excelentes para compartir en familia o con amistades. Son sencillos de preparar, puedes variar el sabor original, sustituyendo el baño de azúcar por miel o agregándole queso blanco.

## Ingredientes: 
  * 2 plátanos maduros.
  * Una copita de ron.
  * 1 Taza de azúcar.
  * 3 Tazas de harina de trigo.
  * 1 huevo.
  * 1 cucharadita  de vainilla.
  * 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
  * Aceite.

## Preparación:

  * Pelar y cortar los plátanos en ruedas delgadas, sancochar por unos minutos, escurrir y colocarlos en una taza con la copita de ron, revolver, dejarlos por unos 15 minutos para que se impregnen del sabor. (Reservar).

* Batir el huevo, agregar harina, azúcar, vainilla y el polvo de hornear.

* Los plátanos se hacen puré.

 * Agrega el puré de plátano a la mezcla hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.

* Forma las bolitas con la masa, pásalos por harina.

* Calienta el aceite y fríelos, hasta obtener un color dorado.

  * Sacar y dejar que reposen en una servilleta absorbente, para retirar el exceso de grasa. Bañar con azúcar.
